Order return or exchange

As it is written in PrintShop.Lt Terms&Conditions, no goods and products are sold to the Customer on the basis of sale and return, if they are printed according to the specifications made by the Customer and are available as a personalized order. It means they are: "the goods supplied are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly tailored to his personal needs" in accordance with the Civil Code, Directive 2011/83 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on Consumer protection, no return or replacement of rights is foreseen and no return deadlines apply.
