1. Acceptance of orders

All orders and transactions on this website between UAB "Promo Kit" / MB "Majaus akys" (Printshop.lt) and the Customer are accepted only in accordance with these sales rules. It is the customer's responsibility to read these terms and conditions before making any transactions.

 2. Distinctiveness 

The Printshop.lt terms and conditions of trade have exclusivity and precedence over other terms and conditions, unless there is a separate written agreement signed by a representative of Printshop.lt and the Buyer (Customer).

3. Variations

3.1. Printshop.lt may change the content of the website, including prices, trade information and literature or other documents, without any prior notice and liability, ias long as these actions do not significantly affect the quality of the goods or products. 

3.2. All products with individual printing are printed by hand. It is noted that Printshop.lt will try as much as possible to comply with the colors, style and print locations on the product provided in the order, but Printshop.lt cannot guarantee the exact conformity of the measurements.

4. Price 

4.1. All prices indicated on the Prinshop.lt website are in Euros excluding delivery (shipping) costs, except for product prices in orders, where the costs of choosing the unit, delivery method and payment method are illustrated. These costs are indicative and will be provided to the customer prior to order confirmation.

4.2. Printshop.lt has the right to increase the price of the order or delivery at any time before printing due to additional services, the specifics of the order not provided on our website or due to factors beyond our control. Prinshop.lt will always use the e-mail agreed with the customer and be agreed upon before starting production and printing. mail prices. 

4.3. Price inquiries are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing with Printshop.lt. The request is a separate agreement between Printshop.lt and the Customer and no discounts or future promotions advertised on the Printshop.lt website apply to this agreement.

5. Payment

5.1. Due to the specifics of the individual order, the customer must pay for the goods and services ordered before printing and shipping, unless otherwise agreed in writing between Printshop.lt and the customer

5.2. The Customer can choose to pay in one of the ways specified on the website before confirming the order. In any case, the ordered goods, services and printing will be held only after Printshop.lt has confirmed the order, agreed on the production prices, the method of receiving the product, the way of payment with the Customer, agreed on terms or received pre-payment. 

6. Cancellation and Return

6.1. No goods and products are sold to the Customer on the basis of sale and return, if they are printed according to the specifications made by the Customer and are available as a personalized order.

6.2. The customer has no right to refuse or return the goods without the consent of Printshop.lt. If the products are personalized, they are: "the goods supplied are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly tailored to his personal needs" in accordance with the Civil Code, Directive 2011/83 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on Consumer protection, no return or replacement of rights is foreseen and no return deadlines apply. 

6.3. Individual products or clothing personalized according to the Buyer's special instructions may not be returned or replaced if the customer has selected the wrong size, model, color, etc. during the order. In this case, your user rights are not violated

6.4. Printshop.lt reserves the right to immediately cancel orders and refund payments if Printshop.lt considers the images to be protected by copyright, raises reasonable concerns that the images ordered for printing are the property of Printshop.lt or damage the name of Printshop.lt.

7. Changes

Printshop.lt makes the requested changes and adjustments to the orders and as soon as possible. However, if the replacement request is received too late (if the order has been confirmed) and the product with the print is already manufactured, Printshop.lt is not responsible for the costs of reprinting or other redesigning of the product.

8. Delivery

Any specified delivery, shipping, or delivery times are indicative. Printshop.lt is not responsible for delivery times, if after placing the order at the agreed time, you can choose to pick up the order at the office. If the parcel has already been sent to the address specified by the customer, Printshop.lt is not responsible for late shipments, if they have already been sent or handed over to the courier. It is noted that late delivery is not compensated and due to the specifics of individual products to order, payment for the products is non-refundable. If you do not receive the order parcel within 7 days from the date of dispatch, the customer must notify Printshop.lt by e-mail. by mail. Printshop.lt does not take any responsibility for the delivery / receipt of products if it is delayed and not notified in time during this period.

9. Delivery price

The delivery prices indicated on the website include postal, post office or courier services in the territory of Lithuania and are indicative. Order pa in the statement, the prices are indicative and are intended to illustrate the prices of the order and the chosen method of delivery. Depending on the delivery address, the chosen delivery method, the volume and weight of the larger or smaller total order, delivery prices are coordinated and approved with the customer separately. 

10. Sending abroad

Delivery and shipment abroad are coordinated before the customer confirms the order and payment. The shipping cost depends on the recipient's address, order volume, content and weight. 

11. Damaged products 

11.1. Damaged products must be reported to Printshop.lt by e-mail. by mail within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. If you miss this term, Printshop.lt does not take responsibility and will not be able to help compensate for losses. 

11.2. Compensation depends on the decision of Printshop.lt. No refund or replacement will be offered if, for example, an image has already been printed on the product due to poor image and color quality provided by the customer.

12. Colors and matching 

12.1. Printshop.lt will try to make the sizes and colors as close as possible. Exact matching of sizes and colors on different products and different textured surfaces is not always possible and Printshop.lt cannot guarantee exact matching of colors. On this basis, the customer has no right to refuse or return the products. 

12.2. The customer must be aware of some discrepancies in colors and sizes. When ordering repeated or larger quantities of products of the same design, Printhop.lt recommends, if possible, ordering a test product. The customer will avoid the risk of significant color mismatch. 

12.3. All products are printed digitally, but Printshop.lt will try to match the colors, style and print location as closely as possible to the agreed pattern, however, Printshop.lt cannot guarantee an exact match. 

13. Images 

13.1. Printshop.lt is not responsible for the quality of uploaded / otherwise submitted files with images. The higher the image quality, the better the print (please see the "Frequently Asked Questions"/FAQ section of our website. 

13.2. Licensed or copyrighted images, logos, trademarks should not be sent to customers or otherwise submitted to Printshop.lt without the consent of the owners. 

13.3. Prinshop.lt cannot be held liable for any such claims or costs incurred by third parties for the images submitted for printing in accordance with the customer's instructions. Any additional costs resulting from non-compliance with this condition shall be borne by the customer.

13.4. Printshop.lt reserves the right to immediately cancel orders and refund payments if Printshop.lt considers that the images are protected by copyright or raises reasonable concerns that the images ordered for printing are the property of Printshop.lt or damage the name of Printshop.lt. 

14. Design services 

14.1. Printshop.lt design services on the website give the customer the opportunity to see their image on our product blank and are only guidelines for our team of professionals. After receiving the order, Printshop.lt specialists will adjust, arrange or select the necessary elements so that we get the most optimal and high-quality print image. 

14.2. Printshop.lt does not take responsibility for the poor quality of the images sent to us and will try to inform the customer about it. Please note that the higher the image quality, the better the print. 

15. Errors 

15.1. Printshop.lt does not accept responsibility for grammatical errors in the texts provided by the customer or errors in entering the texts in the design section and placing the order without reconciling the e-mail. by mail. 

15.2. Printshop.lt does not accept responsibility for errors in orders if the sample design has already been confirmed by the customer by e-mail. by mail.

16. Site Liability

Printshop.lt tries to protect the website and sent e-mails. emails from viruses or other similar evils, but Printshop.lt does not take responsibility if the customer or the visitor of the website suffers any destructive consequences after visiting our website. 

17. Force Majeure

Printshop.lt shall not be liable to the customer or shall be deemed to be in breach of this purchase agreement due to any delay, non-performance, any obligations of Printshop.lt related to the order and those goods, if the delay or loss occurred due to any reasons Printshop.lt cannot reasonably control. 

18. Jurisdiction

Any contract entered into in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be construed and applied in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Lithuania.

19. Newsletter subscribers Terms and conditions 

By subscribing to our newsletter you agree to receive email from us. The aim of our newsletter service is to keep our customers and visitors updated about PrintShop.Lt promotions, deals, discounts or new information about our service and/or company. The subscription to our newsletter service is not mandatory.

19.1. Frequency: the frequency of the newsletter issues will be at most 1 per month.

19.2. Limited Liability

1) Your given email address will only be used for this newsletter.

2) After sending the email, PrintShop.Lt may collect statistics about your behavior with the message, for example, whether you have opened the email, what links in the email you clicked, what device you used, and what its technical features are. PrintShop.Lt does this by following the registered information about your access to the www.printshop.lt website.

3) We reserve the sole right to either modify or discontinue the newsletter, at any time with or without notice to you. We will not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise such right. Any new features that augment or enhance the then-current services on this site shall also be subject to these Terms of Use.

4) We reserve the sole right to unsubscribe users / visitors from or newsletter service, without notice. We will do so with any subscriber we deem registered with fake data.
